Review: I just got done watching wing Chung n sanda or whatever on YouTube.. some guy that trains here was trying too correct my boxing form at a commercial gym..and was bragging about his pillow right hand saying it was a bomb.. I'd like too see these guys in a real mma kickboxing or boxing match.. I heard you can't even take real fights if you train here.. only sandu or wing chun n whatever other weird stuff.. Traditional martial arts is somewhat effective but a complete joke compared too boxing n muay thai.

Review: It's an awesome place, I love it. The teachers are masters with the 🏆 🏆 🏆 to prove it. My son's learning self discipline and well as self defense. I'm happy we decided to enroll him and the price is around what you'd expect to pay not including all the discounts available. I have nothing but positive things to say. Thanks Meng family.

Review: Master Meng was my Wing Chun instructor for about 3 years about 30 years ago. My family moved away from the area and I always regretted not being able to stay to complete my training with him. I still remember his instruction for working hard and pushing yourself to better yourself. Thank you Master Meng for your teachings.
