Review: I was looking for something different, something that is focused on dynamic movements and not just the same old gym routine I've had my whole life. I started with the HIIT(high intensity interval training) and really liked the people, the workouts and the environment. I also dropped into different boxing classes to mix it up and the coaches in all classes are top notch. Several years later I've made friends for life, I'm happy with my fitness for my age and I have my entire family involved. This is a great gym, a great value and the owners listen if you have ideas or concerns. 10/10

Review: All of the trainers are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. So are the majority of people in the gym. We very quickly felt connected and a part of the community instead of just another customer walking through the door.

Review: Great gym! Has about everything you could want! All the coaches are very knowledgeable. I train with Coach Will, and he pushes you farther than you think you can go but not further than you can! Love it here!!
