Review: I was excited that my son wanted to enroll in Tae Kwon Do, as it was something into which I have years invested. We were fortunate to be referred to Taekwondo in Action. The front office is friendly and runs first class. The instructors are professional and engaging. Mostly, I feel every class is productive and positive. I look forward to watching my son progress through their programs, and I highly recommend Taekwondo In Action in Centreville!

Review: Our young boys attend this location and we are so grateful! In addition to the flexibility provided through the before and after school program, they also have periodic “parents night out” opportunities and provide care on certain school holidays. On top of that, they get to learn taekwondo and are having a great time. Yes, yes, yes! We’d be lost without TIA! Master Daniel and other staff members are extremely personable. The school is great at communicating with families as well - monthly newsletter, text messages, and plenty of reminders. Thank you for the support you provide!

Review: I picked this place because they were good at communicating with me, conveniently located, had Saturday classes, and were reasonably priced. My son really enjoys his lessons. A number of young men teach there, and they seem to be excellent role models.Taekwondo is steeped in Korean tradition, so it made me happy to see the teachers seem to be mostly Korean and that they learn a few Korean words and salute the Korean flag. We are not Korean, but I feel it's important when learning another culture's art to pay respect to that culture.I see a lot of focus on respect and ritual, but it doesn't turn off my son at all. He's not intimidated, he's eager to live up to their expectations. When I signed him up, the teacher said it was important that my son wanted to do it for himself, not that I was making him. Of course I'd never make him! This is for fun. But it's nice to know the teachers care about whether the kids want to be there and are having a good time. They also have summer, after school, and snow day camps. Definitely something I'll be looking into in the summer.
